1. To accept the trust of criminal suspects, defendants and their familes to be the advocate of the defendants.
⑴ In the stage of investigation, attorneys can provide legal services to the criminal suspect as below:
　① Legal consultation;
　②Agency for complaint and accusation;
　③Agency for application of the bail pending trial with restricted liberty of moving;
　④To learn of the suspected charges;
　⑤To meet the suspect;
　⑥To learn about the situations of the related cases.
⑵In the stage of reviewing prosecution, in additions to the rights in the investigation stage mentioned above, attorneys can do as followings:
　①To consult, extract and duplicate the litigant documents related to cases;
　②To communicate with suspects;
　③To investigate and collect evidences;
　④To demonstrate to procuratorates that suspects are innocent, guilty of a venial crime, shall be reduced or remitted criminal liability in accordance with truth and law.
(3)In the stage of trial, besides the rights in the investigation stage mentioned above, attorneys can deal with as followings:
　①To consult, extract and duplicate all the documents related to the case;
　②To communicate with defendants;
　③To investigate and collect evidences;
　④To attend court trials;
　⑤To demonstrate to courts that defendants are innocent ,guilty of a venial crime, shall be reduced or remitted criminal liability in accordance with truth and law; ⑥Agent of defendants’ appeal;

2. To accept trust of victims or their families to act as their agents　
　 Attorneys are able to do as followings:

⑻To ask procuratorates to oppose to judgments by courts on behalf of clients;
⑼To complain unfairness to the related authority on behalf of clients;

4. To accept trust of defendants, private-prosecutors and their legal agents to be litigation agents in supplementary civil action in criminal proceedings.
